MODUS OPERANDI

1. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation is a non profit organization which was founded in 2009 and incorporated in The Netherlands as a Foundation.

2. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation operates by its strict criteria "introducing, presenting indian cultural products exposure around the world" which is not driven by commercial interest, so, by mutual respect and appreciation of protocol/status of its internationally honoured social and business society.

3. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation is a privately owned entity and is not a trade house or agent from any company or organisation and conduct any business activities for its members or stakeholders or partners but gives them an opportunity to introduce, present and explore the Dutch Culture based on knowledge.

4. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation makes it clear to all its members, stakeholders and partners that it does not seek business matters itself, but should any individual, organisation and coporate entity approach us then it should be considered only for the product culture introduction, organisation and company history and efforts and of those people who made their organisation and company get a brand name, dynasties, heritage, history.

5. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation makes it known that association with any individual, organisation and/or corporate entity is subject to a reputation of good standing.

6. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre strongly forbids any individual or organisation, corporate entity under any circumstances to use its name, associate itself with it and/or represent it unless a written specific permission has been granted to them by its board of India House Foundation & India Culture Centre Foundation, and any action taken contrary to the above will be dealt with as an illegality.

7. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation does reserve the right to accept or decline any social and business culture matters without any explanation to anybody, and it also makes it known to everybody that in case of any social and business matters has been declined by the board of India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation to any applicant and after that if this applicant should make any derogatory/defamatory comments in the market against any individual of India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation or the organization itself then it will be dealt with by and according to the Dutch/international law.

8. India House Foundation & Indian Culture Centre Foundation does reserve the right to publish its activities, news and/or updates at its entire discretion.
